Wild Boar Hog Hunting

Bow hunters (from left to right) Bob Weeks (Jamestown, NY - ph: 716-483-3513 - E-Mail: bowdad@webtv.net) and Harvey Osterstuck (Bradenton, FL - ph: 941-745-3695 - E-Mail: cap10morgan@hotmail.com) each took a wild boar hog with a bow and arrow during a morning (April 7, 2000) wild boar hunting trip with Ron's Guide Service. Harvey took the first hog with his bow. Bob's hog was a trophy size (175 - 200 lbs.) wild boar hog that had 2 inch tusks. This boar hog which put up a fierce battle with the dogs and charged at us several times took all of Bob's arrows to put it down for good.
