Well Captain,
myself and Shawn Ferbrache had a fine time. Fishing with Wild
Shiners early in the day produce a few fish, however we starting
throwing a
plastic Worm in the late afternoon which boated us probably 15
fish in the
last hour and a half of fishing. It was quite a comeback. The
guide
was really excellent and did all he could to put us on fish. He
really helped
out with equipment issues and picture taking. Our biggest fish
was only
about 4.5 pounds, but we lost a couple that were most likely trophies.
The guide even shared his equipment with us for the 4 hour session
between the
fishing times allowing us to keep occupied. He was knowledgeable
and very
good company.
If we get back in the Lakeport Area we will certianly look you
up! Have a
great Summer and Thanks for the memories as this was Sean's first
real
fishing trip and the ole' boy hasn't put the rod down since. In
fact he has
his two young daughters working the pond in our neighborhood daily!
Thanks again,
Ron Parker & Sean Ferbrache

The fishing
trip was great Cap' Ron! I have been on many fishing trips and
I rate you at the top. Not only was the fishing good but you made
the fishing trip great! The bonus was catching the other fish
in between like catfish, gar, pickeral and several bowfin (pollywags)!
I cant wait to come again thanks for a great trip!

Those sure were some nice
bass. I bet you caught them in the same spot we were fishing.
But it's like I said when we were down there, this is the first
time I have'nt caught one over 8. And we tried just about everything
to put another trophy in the boat. Thanks for the effort and I
hope to see you again next year.

Dear Ron,
Thanks for
Great Fishing Trip, my wife and I enjoyed our stay and fishing
with our guide Bob on Thursday/Friday April 5/6 (we were the couple
that had to wait with everyone on the dock when the local guy
had to be flown in to the hospital because of the airboat accident).
We are looking
forward in coming down next year. Best Of Luck to you and all
your guides!

Dear Ron
& Bob:
Just a quick
note to thank you for a great time I had while in FL last week.
Unfortunately, I had REALLY wanted to get onto the lake to fish
(and perhaps
do it in better weather than we had that day!), but in general,
the
experience was a good one, and I will definately be back someday
to catch me
some big 'uns!!

P.S. BOB:
It seems we have a mutual friend. I mentioned to George Brown,
who is now an accountant (used to be Asst. Golf Pro somewhere
up here?) that
I went out with "Bob, formally of Alpine CC", and he
knew you immediately,
and will be in touch with you. In fact, he told me that I was
very lucky to
have gone out with you, as "Bob is the best", according
to George.

Captain
Ron,
My brother,
Brian, and I enjoyed our 3 day fishing trip with your service
03/26/01 - 03/28/01. We each caught 6 -10 bass each day along
with a number
of rough fish that happened to jump on the hook. Most of the bass
ran in
the 2 - 4 pound range with my largest fish being 6 lb - 2 oz.
Brian's
largest fish was 8 lb - 0 oz. These were the largest bass that
either one
of us has ever caught.
Our guide
was a delight to be with and was certainly the major
reason that the trip was so enjoyable. He worked very hard to
ensure that
we caught quality fish and numbers of fish. Given the extremely
low water
conditions in the lake, this was a very difficult task indeed.
I would feel
privileged to go fishing with him any time.
All in all,
a good trip with satisfied customers.
Regards,
Bruce Pope

My husband and I came fishing
Feb 28+29th. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselfs. We
caught 14 bass on the first day, (13 of which I caught). One being
6 1/2 lbs. We
will definitely be back next spring. Appreciated the pointers
from Ray also
making our first guided fishing experience such a positive one.
Hope buisness
is booming!!
