Bass fishing
anglers Peter Smit & Kay Dean (Ft. Lauderdale, FL - e-mail:
kdean@centexhomes) caught and released about 20 bass up to 9 1/2 lbs
during 2 half
days of shiner and artificial plastic worm fishing with Ron's
Guide Service on September 27 & 28, 2003. Peter caught the
9 1/2 lb'er on a shiner. Bass were caught mostly on plastic worm
in the North Shore area of Lake Okeechobee.6 1/4 lb. & 4 3/4 lb'er
